This project is a Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) that is attached to the main house. The design optimizes the existing garage square footage by designing a functional living area which includes a kitchen area, a bathroom, and private entrance.

Where
to start?
Start by requesting a free consultation. One of our team members will schedule a convenient day and time to visit your property. During the visit, we will take photos and measurements, complete preliminary research, and provide you with a project quote.
Once you are ready to move forward, we will prepare a set of construction drawings, submit them to the appropriate city jurisdiction for approval, and help obtain the construction permit on your behalf.
We can also connect you with a licensed General Contractor and a lender to help you better understand the construction process and available financing options. Our goal is to make the ADU process as smooth and stress-free as possible by helping coordinate the key steps from start to finish.
